  • "Guests" refers to customers who use the Guest Checkout feature.

  • “Platform” refers to the website, app, and technology provided by OrderorBook.

  • “Service” refers to the online ordering and transaction facilitation offered by OrderorBook.

  • “Service Provider” refers to the companies we work with (like payment processors and analytics tools) to make our service run smoothly.

15. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

By using OrderorBook, you agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OrderorBook, its parent company (Conlee Systems, Inc.), officers, employees, affiliates, joint-venture partners, service providers, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Limitation of Liability
