By using OrderorBook, you agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OrderorBook, its parent company (Conlee Systems, Inc.), officers, employees, affiliates, joint-venture partners, service providers, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
